By accessing and using ApotheoTech's website, products, or services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our services.

ApotheoTech provides:

• FPGA development boards and FMC cards
• IP core licenses for SLVS-EC, CoaXPress, and other protocols
• Custom engineering services and consulting
• Technical documentation and support

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products without notice.

Our engineering services are provided under separate contracts that will specify:

• Project scope and deliverables
• Timeline and milestones
• Pricing and payment terms
• Intellectual property rights
• Confidentiality provisions

All engineering work is performed to professional standards with industry best practices.

IP core licenses are granted under specific license agreements that define:

• Permitted use and restrictions
• Territory and field of use
• Royalty terms (if applicable)
• Support and maintenance provisions
• Warranty and liability limitations

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution of IP cores is strictly prohibited.

Payment terms vary by product and service type:

• Hardware products: Payment due upon order
• IP core licenses: Per license agreement terms
• Engineering services: As specified in project contracts

All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

We provide hardware products with standard manufacturer warranties. For IP cores and custom engineering:

• Services are provided "as is" without express warranties
• We make no guarantee of fitness for specific purposes
• Client testing and validation is required
• Liability is limited to the contract value

In no event shall ApotheoTech be liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

All content, IP cores, designs, and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. Unless explicitly licensed:

• Content may not be reproduced or distributed
• Reverse engineering is prohibited
• ApotheoTech retains all ownership rights
• Client-specific work ownership is defined in contracts

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
